Just outside Sencelles, lies this vineyard in production with panoramic views to the Tramuntana mountains. The Chardonnay, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot vines were planted three years ago by Weinwert SL, which can also continue to take care of maintenance, grape harvest, maturation, bottling and selling. This year, maintenance has already been paid for and the first wine will be produced. There are 3,750 Chardonnay vines, 2,805 Merlot vines and 2,743 Cabernet Sauvignon vines. At the plot is a small house with all installation for irrigation by own well. At the corner in the southeast is a part not planted with vines – approx. 3,000 sqm - to get space to build a house of aprox. 450 sqm (actual normative) with pool and from there you can enjoy the views over your own vineyard and to the Tramuntana mountains. They have created a own brand for the wine – „El Mito“ and this could be used, if wished. For sale is the Sociedad Limitada, which means the company, which owns the right for producing wine and the whole plot with the vines.
